Ventures by Snehil Prakash

Businesses, products, exits, and projects I have built or led.

My ventures are not random projects. They are connected chapters in one larger builder journey: solve problems, create systems, build brands, learn from the market, and turn experience into platforms that help people grow.

Venture operating map

Every venture taught me a different layer of business.

Some ventures became companies. Some became SaaS products. Some became exits. Some became learning platforms. Together, they created my operating system for growth, product, marketing, storytelling, automation, and capital readiness.

01

Build useful things

I build ventures around practical problems: communication, software discovery, founder visibility, business growth, automation, content, and digital access.

02

Turn learning into systems

Every business experiment becomes a system: how to acquire users, educate buyers, improve positioning, build trust, and create repeatable growth.

03

Scale through ecosystems

My current work is moving from individual products to connected ecosystems across Techlithic, Sendwo, HowToBuySaaS, StartupLanes, and Mission 2030.

Current active ventures

The core ventures I am building and leading today.

These are the ventures that define my current business focus across AI, SaaS, automation, WhatsApp marketing, software discovery, founder growth, fundraising readiness, and startup ecosystem work.

Techlithic Solutions
CEO and core company

Techlithic Solutions

Techlithic is my core company and execution engine for AI, automation, software development, SaaS growth, customer engagement, marketing, and digital transformation.

It brings together everything I learned from content, corporate technology, SaaS marketing, AI services, performance growth, product strategy, and business operations.

Sendwo
WhatsApp-first SaaS

Sendwo

Sendwo is a WhatsApp-first customer engagement and automation platform built for businesses that want to run broadcasts, AI chatbots, forms, flows, live chat, ecommerce workflows, payments, and API-driven communication.

Sendwo strengthened my belief that businesses do not only need tools. They need communication systems that reduce friction and make growth, support, and customer engagement easier.

HowToBuySaaS
SaaS ecosystem platform

HowToBuySaaS

HowToBuySaaS is a full-lifecycle SaaS platform built around software discovery, vendor growth, SaaS visibility, review content, fundraising readiness, private SaaS deals, acquisition interest, and investor access.

It started from software discovery and expanded into a bigger ecosystem for buyers, vendors, founders, investors, and acquirers.

StartupLanes
Venture partner role

StartupLanes

StartupLanes is where my work expands from company building into founder ecosystem building. As Venture Partner, my role is connected with founders, investors, SMEs, fundraising readiness, angel investor access, SME IPO opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities.

This role is aligned with my belief that many founders do not fail because they lack ideas. They struggle because they lack positioning, capital readiness, network access, governance thinking, and growth structure.

Past ventures and learning chapters

Not every venture remains active. Every venture remains useful.

Some projects became exits. Some became business education. Some became the foundation for everything I am building today. These ventures shaped my instincts around markets, buyers, products, content, operations, and resilience.

JobNewsToday

My first online business and the place where I learned content clusters, YouTube, SEO, social media, paid ads, and digital distribution.

Read JobNewsToday Story

I do not build ventures only to own companies. I build them to understand problems, create systems, and turn learning into useful brands.

Problem first, product second

Every serious venture starts with a problem that deserves attention, not only with an idea that sounds exciting.

Distribution is part of the product

A good product still needs positioning, trust, education, content, partnerships, community, and repeatable acquisition systems.

Execution creates unfair learning

Execution gives insights that courses, opinions, and discussions cannot replace. That is why I keep building.

Mission 2030 is the next level

The next big venture I want to build should solve a real-world problem at scale, with usefulness at the center.
